A healthy immune system is essential for every human body. The immune system is in all the parts of the body that help to defend us against infection, whether by bacteria, virus, fungi, mold or parasites.


Must-do things for a healthy immune system: 


  • Be physically active even though you are at home; just do exercises, yoga, dance, workout, etc. And don’t take stress, do some playful activities, listening to music can be helpful.
