How to brace yourself for the upcoming third wave?

With the instant decline in coronavirus cases, India is now fast recovering from the shock that has been induced by the second wave of coronavirus. The dip might have come as a relief but it has rung the alarm bells of another covid wave, which can be more severe.

Many medical experts and professionals have signalled the people that the third wave can be more severe than the current one and can majorly affect young and children. 

  1. Pay attention to personal hygiene.

You should be physically active for 30 minutes for almost four days of the week. During this period you may include walking, sports, dancing, yoga, running or any other activities you enjoy.

You must have a well-balanced, low-fat diet with various fruits, vegetables and whole grains. If you eat clean, you will think clean.

Water is very crucial for the human body. You must stay hydrated and drink at least 8-9 glasses a day for the normal functioning of your body

Sleeping is a phase where your body is at its rest physically as well as mentally. So our body must get a night of proper sleep for 7-8 hours daily.
